What happens next?

Our team will check your professional registration status with the relevant governing body before approving your account on our learning platform/app. Please allow up to 1 business day for them to complete this check. Once complete, they will send your booking confirmation to your email address.

Your booking confirmation will contain confirmation of your course dates and a link for you to access course onboarding. By completing your course onboarding, you will:

  • Receive your login for our learning app
  • Get information for hotels, travel and parking near the Academy
  • Understand our expectations around your clinical uniform, PPE and any other training related policies

Onboarding also serves as an opportunity for you to review our terms & conditions. Please note that in most circumstances, it is not possible to cancel your course after you have completed onboarding so if you haven’t already familiarised yourself with our terms & conditions then please ensure you do so.
